An All Staff Meeting was held in March of 2015 and the Marketing Communications team was tasked with designing a headbook, in addition to preparing materials, micro websites and props for the event itself. Since the theme for 2015 was “Transform”, the team came up with an idea of using butterflies as a theme to represent transformation and growth.
The one challenge that the team had to work with was the amount of time needed to get the Handbook/Programme produced before the All Staff Meeting event. This also meant acquiring all resources, files and content that needed to be proof-read, corrected, plus additional conceptualization while preventing any scope creep along the way. As you’ll notice in the handbook, the organization’s branding theme colours are represented in every page.
The project was succesfully completed 1 week before the event and had received enthusiastic feedback from the staff.
