Annual Report – MOBILE RESPONSIVE

For a number of years, the client had produced award-winning annual reports in print and pdf formats.  To save on costs of printing, plus forseeing the usage of mobile devices, such as tablets and larger phones, the design team decided to take the annual report online instead.  Not only did this reduce the costs of printing, but it was also much more manageable, as updating and fixing portions of the report was quick and simple.

The project chose the Twitter Bootstrap framework for this project, making it more robust and compatible across all mobile, desktop and laptop devices and it could be tested quickly for consistency. 

2015
We proposed to migrate the printed annual report onto the web and decided to make it a mobile-friendly responsive website. The theme for this project was “Honour”

2016
The theme for this project was “Community”. We decided to try an iconographic approach, set to 3D. This also included putting the 3D motif into even the videos included.

2017
In this project, the theme was “Future” as an outlook of things to come. A lot of 3D imagery and modelling was used to create the Lego styled theme, in order to customize certain sections to express what the content was all about.  Some imagery relied on some stock footage and an enormous amount of teamwork was required to successfully accomplish completion before the organization’s annual general meeting date.
